The 100 Most Powerful Women in the World
This article is in the August 2005 issue of Forbes Magazine; written by Elizabeth MacDonald and Chana R. Schoenberger . The rankings are based on a combination of economic impact and cultural clout. Some of the women’s rank was no surprise, but with others it was. What was enlightening was how many women in the world are in positions of political and/or economical power. “We’ve come a long way baby!”
